• Colour Change LED lighting to the kitchens
• Electric under floor heating to all rooms in flats
• Telephone cabling to all apartments
• Satellite, DAB, Digital TV system serving all apartments
• Fire alarm consisting of an analogue addressable system to the common areas..
• Colour Video/Fob Door Access Controls to each flat
• Common area lighting with EX-OR lighting controls
