Testing & Inspection
Full electrical testing on the supply and internal fixed wiring of your property / business to the latest regulations BS7671 2008 and IEE wiring regulations. This will include the Distribution Board all circuit breakers and associated RCBs, the complete earthing arrangement of the installation with all cables ,switches, sockets and fixtures checked for soundness and compliance.PAT Testing our engineers are City and Guilds (2377) qualified in Portable Appliance Testing and undergo enhanced CRB checks for your peace of mind, always adhering to the IEE Code of Practice and ISO 9001:2008 working standards.
Maintenance contracts
LSG offer electrical maintenance contracts to suit individual client requirements. This can be in the form of a monthly visit to carry out a visual check on lighting and carry out repairs/lamp replacement from a stock of lamps/ballasts held on site as required. Monthly emergency lighting testing plus reactive maintenance on a call out basis.
Automation

The aim is to simplify your life and help you live comfortably by automating everyday tasks and giving you remote access to your home when you’re away. Data networks from patch panels to final outlets
LSG can provide a Structured cabling installation service for offices, and apartment buildings for data or voice communications using category 5e (CAT-5e), category 6 (CAT-6), and fibre optic cabling.
Fire alarm systems
LSG work closely with specialist Fire Alarm Designers and endeavour to create a secure environment for you, your employees and your premises designed in accordance with the latest requirements of BS5839, BS5266 and the requisite elements of the Disability Discrimination Act.
Access Controls
Electronic access control provides the most efficient and convenient way of securing your building and assets. Installing an access control system means that you will never have to change a lock again. Tokens are issued to allow access through the controlled doors, and are easily barred from the system if they are lost, stolen or just not returned by someone who leaves your company. LSG have experience of working with Paxton Net2 systems.
Lightning Protection
LSG work closely with specialist Lightning Protection Designers to install lightning protection systems to the latest British standard (BS EN 62305) to reduce the risk of damage to a structure and the systems and people within it.
